Performance Skills Tests

Performance Skills Tests allow us to identify sport-specific strengths and opportunities to enhance your performance. They also provide you with accurate and reliable measures of progress.

Our tests consist of drills that measure maximum muscular strength, maximum muscular power, local muscular endurance, speed, agility, flexibility, anaerobic and aerobic capacity. Upon completion, we provide a written sport and position-specific needs analysis and recommend a personalized performance strategy. Your performance report may also depict how your skills measure against other athletes within your age group or level of competition.
