Casey Dowling Joins World Athletica
We are very happy to announce that Casey Dowling has joined our team at World Athletica.
Casey is the epitome of high performance. She consistently lands in the top percentile of her endeavors while strengthening her community by helping people.
Casey demonstrated her ability for high performance in academics and track & field while a high school student in Montgomery County, Maryland. She continued and excelled as an academic and athletics scholar at the University of New Mexico where she earned her BA in History with a focus on 20th century American Transnational History. During Casey’s time as an undergraduate student, she also volunteered in the Albuquerque community. Most notably, Casey spent two summers with the National Museum of Nuclear Science and History on their curatorial research team creating exhibits and education modules demonstrating the political history of the early nuclear age.
Drawing from her experience as a NCAA Division I student-athlete and interest in education, Casey spent the months following graduation from UNM as a tutor and mentor to youth athletes at The Athlete’s Playground gym in Albuquerque. She helped students with ACT/SAT Prep and the college application process. Casey also offered general help with normal school curriculum.
Casey plans to combine her passion for education and background in athletics to help young people and students achieve the high-performance version of themselves as they pull together school work, extracurricular practice and social interests during their formative years.
Casey values immersive, functional, applicable, and efficient education for multi-talented students in order to assist them in balancing and aligning their goals.
