Scientist at University of California, San Francisco concluded from recent research that Neuron creation in brain’s memory centre stops after childhood. Other scientists are already debating whether the findings could overturn 20 years of conventional thought. If the study is correct then many researchers will have to reconsider their approach to understanding brain concerns.

Regardless, we should cherish the brain neurons we do have with good exercise, nutrition and sleep habits.
