Unlike typical strength training in which you eventually reach a limit as to how much weight you can lift and how many reps and sets you can do, we instill in the athletes we coach that each repetition should be a little better than the one before. So after 10 reps our athletes are 10 times better. They learn it's not simply about hard you work or the number of reps you do but “the way” you do the exercises and drills which allows for rapid improvement and break-through performance.
